We are looking for an Front Desk Receptionist with Sale Experience. Someone who is amazing in customer service.
Qualifications
- Mastering and executing the knowledge of spa services, amenities, and service standards.
- Provide intuitive service, with an absolute understanding of our customer's needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memory.
- Have an immaculate personal presentation.
- Willingness to learn our process and procedures.
- Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic.
- The right person must be passionate, motivated, welcoming and highly organized to ensure that all requests are attended to without any delays.
- Also, will need to be well presented, have excellent communication skills and have a pleasant telephone manner.
- Achieving consistency in all services and standards, communicating with clients to gain a full understanding of their needs prior to every appointment.
- Lastly, an excellent ability to coordinate efficiently with other departments and bring good administration skills.
This is a full time or part time position, working from 20 hours up to 40 hours per week. The hours would be primarily between 9:00am - 8:00pm. This will include weekdays and will be expected to work at least 1 Saturday a month.
