Help families plan for life’s most difficult moments
As a Support Scheduler, you’ll back up our Planners in confirming and rescheduling appointments as needed. You’ll combine your desire to problem solve with your customer service skills as you make outbound calls daily to confirm client appointments and collaborate to resolve any issues.

• Experience with professional customer service and able to talk at length on the phone
• Basic ability with Excel
• Previous experience within the Planning Center (1 year or more) a bonus!
