As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Marketing team at our Corporate HQ in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by utilizing cutting-edge marketing platforms and applications to achieve unparalleled success in connecting with our customers and optimizing our business.

As a Facebook Ad Specialist at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by taking ownership over the management and optimization of campaigns on the Facebook Ad platform. You will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with our Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Digital Marketing, and Creative teams.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

• Build and manage advertising campaigns on the Facebook Ad platform with the goal of reducing Cost-Per-Lead while scaling up the size of the budget
• Create and optimize relatable content and interact with potential customers across platforms
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Creative teams to A/B test optimization methods to fuel better click-through and conversion rates
• Analyze regional cost per lead targets while measuring and making budget allocation recommendations
• Identify and solve lead flow challenges
• Actively participate in the overall marketing strategy and remain at the forefront of an ever-changing digital marketing landscape

What It Takes to Succeed

At West Shore Home, we are Default Aggressive towards our goals and take Extreme Ownership of our results. We’ll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that you’ll bring:

• Experience running and optimizing Paid Advertising campaigns (Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram)
• Experience managing Paid and/or Sponsored Facebook Ad camapaigns using Facebook Ad Manager and the Ad Library
• Exceptional written language skills and ability to decipher analytical data
• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing preferred)
