Job Description: Estimator – Large Loss Fire and Water Damage

Required Experience:
- Experience with Xactimate, Xactanalysis, estimating water, mold and fire loss emergency and repair services
- Insurance program experience a plus
- Scope residential and commercial losses due to water, mold, fire and other associated losses
- Must be comfortable selling property repair services and communicating with adjusters and customers
- Negotiate repairs estimates with insurance professionals to develop and agreed scope
- Work with Production Manager to coordinate job and change orders
- Develop working relationships with professionals to promote emergency and restoration services
- Must be attentive to detail
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of residential and commercial mitigation and repairs
- Minimum 2 years restoration mitigation industry experience
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
- Team player who takes feedback constructively
- Able to communicate clearly, concisely and personably in both written and verbal forms of communication

Pay: $65,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year
