Southern National Roofing is the fastest growing Roofing and Home Improvement company in the South East. We are looking for motivated candidates to help to grow our Greensboro location.

We are in the middle of a major expansion and are looking for confident, motivated individuals to join our sales team. We promote only from within, meaning there is a huge amount of growth potential for our entry level sales reps to move up quickly into managing and senior sales roles. The main function of our entry level sales role is to be the first point of contact with our customers, and will be responsible for scheduling roofing inspections for our customers interested in purchasing new roofing from us.

We offer base pay plus commission, and monthly bonuses.

Our sales training program is the best in the region. We focus heavily on product, installation marketing and sales training, so before you go into the field you will have all the skills necessary to succeed at a high level. You will learn detailed strategies for client development and area assessment. You will learn how to directly convert prospects into sales and earn commissions in addition to your salary.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have reliable transportation to and from our office each day
• Ability to politely and effectively communicate with our customers
• Availability to work 11:00am - 7:00pm Monday through Friday
• Our Entry Level Sales team speaks directly with over 90% of our clients. A professional appearance are a must.
