E-Commerce Manager Job Description

Who We Need:

We’re looking for a highly motivated, organized, personable Strategic Ecommerce Manager. Excellent communication and organization are critical. There is room for high growth in this position based on performance.

Specific Accountabilities:

  • The Ecommerce Account Manager is the primary point of manage for all marketplaces and will be responsible for managing the account health and inventory controls.
  • Drives engagement and conversion by demonstrating site optimization, SEO, merchandising, new content as well as the implementation of site features and improvements.
  • Actively supervise daily data flow between front end, order management, and internal systems; working with appropriate partners to resolve any discrepancies and issues.

Skills and responsibilities:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Amazon seller central (Electric products category preferred)
  • Requires proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google sheet.
  • Excellent verbal, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • You need to be deeply familiar with eCommerce, and have experience with product catalogs, advertising, fulfillment, demand planning, account health, and more.
  • You need to be able to track and analyze Amazon’s News and New policies.
  • You need to be good at management projects and following up all company’s plans.
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, including, but not limited to: daily prioritization of requests, drafting correspondence, and fulfillment of department administrative tasks.

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge around PC, PC gaming or gaming in general
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Skuvault, Shipstation etc.

Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years working in Amazon seller account management (Electric products category preferred)

Things We Use to Run Our Daily Operation (Our Technology Stack):

  • Amazon Seller Central
  • Newegg seller portal, Walmart seller center, eBay seller hub, Shopify, OfficeDepot vendor portal, SPS commerce, etc.
  • Skuvalt, Shipstation, Zendesk
  • Google Suite + Excel

Our best fit will be familiar with all the above or have experience working with similar software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
