The Demand Planning Analyst is responsible for identifying, creating, and presenting actionable insights that will improve our forecast accuracy, ultimately enhancing our customer service levels.

Main responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to analyze historical data, identify current trends, and collaborate with front-end business stakeholders to build and present an unconstrained operational demand forecast for the designated business unit(s). Additionally, this role is a liaison to gather and align demand assumptions between internal departments such as sales, marketing, business development, finance, and Supply Chain. This role is based out of our HQ office in Tacoma, WA.

Key Competencies

• Advanced-to-expert skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, with the ability to efficiently generate complex analytics.

Education & Experience

· 3-5 years progressively increased understanding of demand planning and forecasting

· Very analytical with strong attention to detail.

· Confident in interpreting large data sets, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations.

· Advanced knowledge of SQL

· Holistic understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field with undergraduate statistical analysis or engineering focus

· CPSM/APICS/NAPM certification a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
