Position Summary:

We have an immediate need for a Data Entry Specialist who will update and maintain company databases by collecting and entering data from various sources.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain database by entering new and updated information
• Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
• Review source documents for accuracy or deficiencies
• Research and obtain additional information for incomplete documents
• Identify and resolve any duplicated or incorrect data
• Entry of W-9 and ACH information into databases
• Scan and store documents as needed
• Assist team with running ad hoc reports
