Data Entry Clerk Job at Daga Express LLC
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our company. The ideal candidate will be comfortable typing data into the computer and ensuring that all numbers, dates, times and other types of information are accurately entered and formatted correctly. We are looking for a candidate with experience using Microsoft Excel and Word on both a PC and a Mac. Any knowledge of web design or web development is also highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Read and input handwritten data into an electronic database.
- Enter inventory data into computer.
- Enter accounting data into computer.
- Read handwritten documents and enter data into computer.
- Read information from documents and enter into database.
- Access records in the database and enter information into other programs.
- Read handwritten text and record it by keying it directly into the computer or by using special equipment such as a barcode reader.
- Read catalogs, letters, reports, and statements to verify accuracy of data.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Laredo, TX 78045: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
