IntelliSource is seeking Customer Support Representatives (CSR) that will assist customers with non-technical product and parts queries received via phone and email. The Customer Service Representatives gather customer information and route technical queries to the correct teams. Because this is a customer facing role, strong communication skills are imperative.

Candidates with a strong desire to interact with and provide world class service to customers in the high-tech industry are desired. This is a fast-paced work environment requiring time management skills and an efficiency mindset.

Work will be done on site at the Keysight Technologies campus near Garden of the Gods. The campus is large, recently remodeled and well equipped with shops, restaurants, recreational facilities including a disc golf course.

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Required Skills:
  • Professional communication via phone and email composition
  • Good customer service skills applied to all levels in the organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to type 35 wpm+
  • Ability to navigate several applications at once
  • Able to work independently with little supervision and make good decisions when completing the tasks
  • Able to help, support, and work effectively within a team
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including outlook, one note, and teams
  • 2-4 years previous experience – preferably in a customer service environment and/or data entry

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Preferred Skills:
  • Salesforce experience
  • AutoCAD
  • Associates Degree
