As an Appointment Setter at Best Homes Real Estate, your primary responsibility will be to set agent appointments to meet with our recruiting team. In this role, you will play a vital role in expanding our team of real estate professionals and driving the growth of our business. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, nurturing leads, and setting appointments for our recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily call outreach to the selected list of agents
  • Conduct 200 calls per work day
  • Set 3-5 appointments per work day
  • Engage with leads through cold calling, some text, email outreach and gauge their interest in joining our brokerage
  • Keep detailed notes in the CRM
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective agents to establish trust and credibility.
  • Provide information about Best Homes Real Estate, its culture, benefits, and growth opportunities to attract potential candidates.
  • Track key performance metrics related to recruitment efforts, such as the number of leads generated, interviews conducted, and agents hired.
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to self-start and high energy level
  • Previous experience in phone sales, call center and recruitment is a PLUS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential candidates.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant software.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with various teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and candidates simultaneously.
