Day-to-day tasks include: Handle the client relationship from initial contact to signing a lease and beyond.
Connect with customers through texting, calling, and emailing to build stronger relationships.
Create a tailored list of available apartment units to rent.
Reach out to property partners and coordinate tours, then be present for each tour.
Unlock generous commissions by helping clients find their ideal rental property!

Commission: Compensation comes from commissions earned through successful property transactions.We expect an average of 8-12 contracted customers each month based on a full-time commitment; compensation is expected to be between $70K-$125K+ annually.
