Job Summary
Responsibilities include assisting the public by greeting visitors, answering the telephone, forwarding calls, providing information, answering questions and responding to inquiries or complaints and directing visitors to appropriate party; assisting the public with the completion of various records, applications, etc. by verifying the completeness and accuracy of information including concealed carry permits and ABC and Bingo license renewals; processing daily deposits; entering a variety of data into computer, checks and reviews data for accuracy, completeness and conformance to established standards and procedures and enters and retrieves sensitive and restricted information into computer system; file and records maintenance; composing and responding to routine correspondence to/from customers (i.e. emails, letters, etc.); light office machinery maintenance; office supply inventory and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, moderate experience providing administrative support and working with the public or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary
Grade 55: $32,840
