General Maintenance Responsibilities:
1 st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00am to 5:30pm.
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.

General Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Minor repairs with fixtures, walls, doors/cabinets, windows, office equipment, minor appliances, etc.
- Building Maintenance (painting, drywall repair, maintain supplies and inventory).
- Assisting with taping on the flooring throughout the facility.
- Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches.
- Hauling & heavy lifting.
- Coordinate special projects as directed.
- Report any major maintenance needs and recommend corrective action as appropriate.
- General building cleaning/upkeep such as cleaning, mopping, trash disposal, etc.
- Assisting with other projects as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time – up to 10 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to squat, kneel, twist, and bend for extended periods of time.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
